Members Pictures Events Links The ROCK ZOMBIES 4x4 Club was founded in 2000. We started out with just a few guys and an idea… We have become something we thought would never be…. We currently have 18 active members. 3 inactive members and 1 very Lucky or you may choose to say Unlucky prospect for 2009/10!! We range in age from early 20's to early 40's. Our members are mostly located around the Sacramento valley. We are more specifically centered on the Orangevale, CA area. We have members living in Orangevale, Woodland, Placerville, Granite Bay, Cameron Park, Folsom, Roseville and one weirdo who moved to Susanville. We can be found most weekends on the Trail, donating time toward land use issues or some of our members compete in rock crawling competitions and races. Check out OVROCKSPORTS.com for more info.
We meet on the first Wednesday of every month for pizza, beer, discussion of issues that arise or just get together and have a BS fest. Our meetings are closed to outsiders unless you are invited or you are lucky and crazy enough to become a "PROSPECT". We are always looking to make new friends, hit the trail and lend a hand to all the organizations fighting to keep the trails open and public lands open to the public. If you see us on the trail or out in public, be sure to introduce yourself and say hello. You will know a Rock Zombie by the Member sticker on his rig or the t-shirt they wear.
